Testimonials

I have always been interested in understanding the reasons for recommending a particular exercise over another. One day, I asked Tejas if there was a better exercise than the squat for training legs, and he tells me that the squat is probably the worst exercise for training legs.

When he explained the resistance profile of the leg extension and squat, I could immediately see why he called the squat a terrible exercise. The leg extension offers resistance throughout the range of motion, whereas the squat doesn't. Can't believe other certifications don't teach basic concepts like these.
