If any of you want to understand Exercise Science, Tejas is the guy.
Most of the personal trainer courses are of no use and I understood that after having just one teaching session with him. If you want to learn what exercise science really is join his biomechanics course,
the best biomechanics course in India.

Tejas is somebody who understands exercise and nutrition, better than anyone I know so far. Simple reason, is because he has this OCD of critically thinking about every damn thing. And, this attitude, is a sign of maturity, whether in terms of research, or life. He critically thinks about the pros, cons and then the crux, of each topic thoroughly. Then, he presents it altogether, and studies and analyses everything. You’ll never find him being dogmatic about something. Because, in every case, the usefulness of a specific thing, would change, and this is what makes him different from anyone!

Demo Lecture

I have always been interested in understanding the reasons for recommending a particular exercise over another. One day, I asked Tejas if there was a better exercise than the squat for training legs, and he tells me that the squat is probably the worst exercise for training legs.

When he explained the resistance profile of the leg extension and squat, I could immediately see why he called the squat a terrible exercise. The leg extension offers resistance throughout the range of motion, whereas the squat doesn't. Can't believe other certifications don't teach basic concepts like these.
